Folding rollers on exchange basis

Our folding rollers are reconditioned in a complex process of wet and dry grinding. During this process, the knurl is reground and the concentricity of the folding roller core is readjusted. A final fine grinding process adapts each PU ring exactly to the folding roller core. The result is an all-round renewed folding roller of proven quality. We guarantee high-quality polyurethane rings in the quality of a new folding roller and 100% concentricity for precise folding. 

Every mechanical component moves within a tolerance field. Our folding rollers are also manufactured according to the original tolerances of the machine manufacturer. If a folding roller is no longer within the tolerance field after regrinding, we will sort it out. This ensures that you always receive a folding roller from us that runs 100% round and is within the tolerance range. 

We always have 1.000 folding rollers in stock. This means that fast delivery is possible at any time. You can therefore order the folding rollers that are right for you and return your old folding rollers to us only after the reconditioned folding rollers have been installed.
